These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Roofdog Design website and shop.
By using this website, creating an account, downloading a free file, or purchasing a product from Roofdog Design, you agree to these terms.
Who we are
Roofdog Design is a New Zealand-based digital design shop selling downloadable creative resources, including digital papers, clip art, printables, templates, textures, graphics and freebies.

Digital products
Roofdog Design products are digital downloads. Unless a product listing clearly says otherwise, no physical item will be shipped.
Product listings should describe what is included, such as file type, approximate size, format, intended use and any important limitations.
Please check product descriptions before purchasing to make sure the files are suitable for your software, device, printer, cutting machine or project.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website at checkout.
Payment must be completed before digital files are made available for download.
Roofdog Design may refuse, cancel or refund an order if there is an obvious pricing error, technical issue, suspected fraud, payment problem, or other issue that prevents the order from being completed properly.
Download access
After purchase, you should receive access to your files through the checkout process, your order email, or your account area if you created one.
Please download and back up your files. If you lose access, contact me and I’ll help where reasonably possible.
Download access may be limited, changed or removed if there is misuse, suspected fraud, a technical issue, or a breach of these terms or the Licence Terms.
Licence terms
Buying or downloading a Roofdog Design product gives you a licence to use the files under the Roofdog Design Licence Terms. It does not transfer copyright or ownership of the artwork to you.
Please read the Licence Terms before using any Roofdog Design files.
Refunds and faulty downloads
Because digital files can’t be physically returned, refunds are not automatic once a product has been purchased and made available for download.
However, this does not limit your rights under New Zealand consumer law.
If a file is faulty, missing, corrupted, not as described, or you cannot access your download, contact me and I’ll help sort it out.

Free downloads
Free downloads from Roofdog Design are still covered by these Terms and Conditions and the Roofdog Design Licence Terms unless the freebie listing says otherwise.
You may not redistribute freebies, upload them elsewhere, include them in bundles, or offer them as your own download.
Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
Please make sure the information you provide is accurate and up to date, especially your email address, as this may be used for order confirmations, download links and support.
Roofdog Design may suspend or close an account if it appears to be used for fraud, abuse, file sharing, copyright infringement, spam, or other misuse of the website or products.
Website content
All text, images, graphics, illustrations, product files, downloads, patterns, branding and other content on this website are owned by Roofdog Design or used with permission, unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, redistribute, sell, upload, or use website content or product files outside the permissions given in the Licence Terms.
Accuracy and availability
I do my best to keep the website, product listings and information accurate and up to date.
However, errors, broken links, outdated details, plugin nonsense and other small website incidents may occasionally happen. Helpful.
Roofdog Design may update, remove, change or correct website content, product listings, prices, files, policies or features at any time.
Software, printing and colour
Roofdog Design cannot guarantee that files will work with every device, app, printer, cutting machine, print shop or software setup.
Colours may vary between screens, printers, inks, papers and production methods. Please test files before using them for important projects or larger production runs.

Roofdog Design collects and uses personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
By using this website, creating an account, signing up to emails, or making a purchase, you agree to the collection and use of information as described there.
