Question Will I be able to access the download forever?
AnswerThere is a 90 day limit on access to files you have purchased, so please make sure you download them and store them securely on your computer, on and external storage device and/or in your own personal cloud backup. (Roofdog recommends Dropbox for online storage).

Question How can I print and cut planner printables?
AnswerPlanner printables are designed to print to a specified size on US letter size paper, you may find that your printer scales them slightly smaller when you print. If this is happening, look for a checkbox or setting in your printer settings window that says ā€œscale to fitā€ or ā€œfit to printer marginsā€™ or something similar. Make sure this setting is turned off. The pages are designed with generous margins, so if the printer warns you that some clipping may occur as the page is larger than the printable area, it should still be all good šŸ˜‰ the actual images should fit well within your printerā€™s printable area on US letter paper (or A4 paper).

You can cut by hand or use a craft die cut machine. These cutters are all slightly different. At this stage we do not provide cut files.
